Cancellation Policy

At Level Up Gyms, we aim to provide a flexible and transparent membership experience. This Cancellation Policy outlines how you can cancel your membership and your rights under applicable UK legislation, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
1. Membership Cancellation
Members may cancel their gym membership at any time by providing written notice,

2. Notice Period

A 30-day notice period applies to all membership cancellations.

Your membership will remain active during this notice period, and you will continue to have access to the gym facilities.

Any payments due within the notice period will still be payable.
3. Cooling-Off Period (New Memberships)
If you joined online, over the phone, or outside of our premises, you have the legal right to cancel within 14 days of signing up.

If you cancel within this period, you may be entitled to a full refund.

If you have already used the gym or services during this time, a reasonable deduction may be applied.
4. Fixed-Term Memberships

If your membership is subject to a fixed-term agreement, early cancellation may not be permitted unless:

Stated within your agreement, or

Exceptional circumstances apply (see Section 5)

Where early termination is approved, an early cancellation fee may apply in line with your membership agreement.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that circumstances can change. Early cancellation requests may be considered in cases such as:

Medical conditions preventing gym use

Relocation beyond a reasonable distance

Other unforeseen circumstances
Supporting documentation may be required, and each case will be assessed individually.
6. Direct Debit and Payments

It is your responsibility to ensure that any direct debit instructions remain active during the notice period.

Cancelling your direct debit without providing proper notice does not constitute a valid cancellation and may result in outstanding payments being pursued.
7. Confirmation of Cancellation

Once your request has been received and processed, you will receive written confirmation of your cancellation.

If you do not receive confirmation within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us to ensure your request has been received.
8. Changes to This Policy
Level Up Gyms reserves the right to update this Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be published on our website.
9. Your Statutory Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
