At Level Up Gyms, we are committed to providing a high-quality service to all our members. This Refund Policy outlines your rights and our procedures in accordance with applicable UK consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
1. General Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

Duplicate or incorrect payments

Billing errors made by Level Up Gyms

Cancellation within the statutory cooling-off period (see Section 2)

Exceptional circumstances at the discretion of management
Refunds are not typically provided for:

Change of mind after the cooling-off period has expired

Unused membership time

Failure to attend booked sessions or classes
2. Cooling-Off Period (Online or Remote Sign-Ups)
If you have signed up for a membership online, over the phone, or outside of our premises, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period under UK law.

You may cancel your membership within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

If you have used any services during this period (e.g. gym access), we reserve the right to deduct a proportionate amount from your refund.
3. Membership Cancellations

Memberships must be cancelled in accordance with your membership agreement terms.

Refunds will not be issued for partial months or unused time unless required by law or agreed under exceptional circumstances.
4. How to Request a Refund
All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to team@levelupgyms.co.uk.

5. Processing Times

Refund requests are reviewed and processed within 5–10 working days of receipt.

Once processed, funds will typically reflect in your bank account within 2–3 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Method of Refund
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method wherever possible. If this is not feasible, an alternative method will be agreed upon.
7. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that unforeseen situations can arise. In cases such as medical issues or relocation, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Supporting evidence may be required.
